For the most part, I usu everyy ignored them because I was non suppositious to be watching them in the first place. This ‘box’ in my dungeon room and my bedchamber told me a lot of things. I recognize now that most television shows werefantasy, and not reality. I also acknowledge that the things I maxim back up then were totally different from what children see on T.V. today. The shows and movies I was basin g my beliefs on are those from when I was very young. Although shows are worse today for children to watch, at least they are realistic. They show how a lot of things actually work in life. The movies and shows I saw on the subject of love were mesmerizing. I watched how perfect the relationships were. The couples rarely fought, would absolutely never cheat, and were caring.

The family related shows I saw were seventh heaven, Brady Bunch, and Bill Cosby show to name a few. All of these shows beat family seem perfect as well. I began to believe all families areclose like that, respect each other, love each other, and would eer be t here. While in reality, this is definitely n! ot incessantly true. Shows I saw were supposed to protect children from seeing unfit things, but in reality, they made children believe things that were not constantly true in real life. As I grew erstwhile(a) and found different types of friends, I started to meet their families also.
